Greenline Efficiency Group is a small Austin company with one simple goal: help you stop paying for energy your home wastes. Summers here are no joke, and a house that leaks cool air in July or warm air in January costs you comfort and money every single day. We find those leaks and show you exactly how to close them.
Our principal consultant, Melissa Cordero, leads every audit personally. She has a knack for translating attic insulation, duct leakage, and thermostat settings into everyday language — and for finding the two or three fixes that actually matter, instead of handing you a long list of expensive projects.
We don't sell insulation, windows, or HVAC equipment, and we don't take commissions from anyone who does. That means our only job is giving you honest, practical advice for your home, your budget, and the way your family actually lives.

Most whole-home audits take two to three hours, depending on the size of your house. All you need to do is be home, clear a path to the attic hatch and water heater if you can, and have a recent utility bill handy. Pets are welcome to supervise.
No. We don't sell or install anything, and we don't earn commissions from contractors. Our report tells you what your home actually needs, and you're free to hire whoever you like — or tackle the simple fixes yourself over a weekend.
It honestly depends on your house — a drafty 1970s ranch has more low-hanging fruit than a tightly built newer home. What we promise is a prioritized list where the cheapest fixes come first, so every dollar you spend afterward is aimed at the biggest bill reductions and comfort gains.
Yes. The blower door is just a calibrated fan that fits snugly in an exterior doorway and gently changes the air pressure inside — about what a windy day does. It's a standard, non-invasive test; we simply ask that fireplaces are cold and we'll handle the rest.
